It is great to know that you are interested to apply for admission to SABC. Please read the following information before you start filling the Application form for Admission. There are a set of documents you will need to submit as you fill the form. Please get these ready before you start your online application.

1. Please get the following documents scanned and ready for uploading.

o    Your Passport size photo. See a sample of the acceptable picture below:  

o    Your government provided identity document (Passport, Adhar, etc)
o.    Your Pass Certificate (or grade cards)
       →  Class 10
       →  Class 12
       →  Bachelor Degree
          (if incomplete, scan the grade cards of all the other years/semesters that you have completed successfully)
      →  Master Degree (or any other certificates)

2.  Click Here →  Download the following additional documents required to submit. Please have them filled by the concerned persons as mentioned in the forms. These need to be scanned as separate files. Have these ready to upload when required.

Pastor’s Reference Form.
General Reference Form 1
General Reference Form 2
Finance Guarantee and Sponsorship Form
Medical Certificate of Fitness
Your handwritten personal Testimony in the sheet provided

You will be required to pay the Application Processing fee of Rs. 500. This may be paid online using UPI or Credit/Debit cards.

When you have all the above ready, please click the link below to start the Online Application Process. (Please save the form frequently so as not to lose the entered data.)

Once you complete the process and submit the form, you will receive a confirmation email along with a pdf copy of the form that you have submitted to your email. Please keep this safe. You will need this for your future reference.
