About us
Huldah Buntain Theological College (HBTC) is the leadership training institution of the Assemblies of God of East India with a special focus to train ministers for the region of Northeast India.
It was founded in the year 2022 in the southern suburb of the city of Guwahati, the gateway to Northeast India.
HBTC functions as the satellite campus of the Centre for Global Leadership Development (CGLD), Bangalore. All the programmes are offered in collaboration with the CGLD. It enjoys the same standards, and curriculum that brings together academic formation, spiritual formation and ministry competence that prepares the students to engage with the ministry of the Church with excellence.
Financial information
All Students admitted to Huldah Buntain Theological College receive significant fee subsidy. Students pay no more than 50% of what it costs to train. The fees include Annual fees, Tuition, Boarding and Lodging fees. The same may be paid either as one annual payment or by deferred payment plans either as term or monthly fees. The tuition fee at HBTC is approximately 50% of that of the main CGLD campus.
Students with proven financial needs may apply for further Scholarship Awards or Work Scholarships. The administration continually raises the required funds to support and sustain students with needs. No student is left behind due to financial needs alone. Those who require financial assistance towards their studies will need to fill in the Financial Aid Application Form.
