Applying to CGLD. School of Counselling

Kindly prepare the following documents before beginning the application process:

1. Please scan all academic certificates and mark sheets:
   • Class 10
   • Class 12 / +2 / P.U.C.
   • Bachelor’s degree
     • If you are in the final year/semester of your studies, please scan all your mark sheets of the previous years / semesters. You will need to provide proof of successful completion of your degree before December 31 of the year of application.
2. Those who have completed any theological degrees, please request your college/seminary to send your official transcript directly to the Director of Admissions.
3. Download the Reference, and Medical forms from HERE.
   • The Pastor / Christian Leader’s  Recommendation and the Academic Reference should be filled by your pastor/Christian leader and any professor/lecturer from your previous educational institution who are recommending you for admission to CGLD School of Counselling. Preferably these should not be your relatives.
   • The Medical Form should be filled by a registered medical practitioner.
   • Please note Non-disclosure of history of past illnesses and medications shall be considered as a breach of trust and will lead to cancellation of admission.
   • Please write a statement as to why you are choosing this course and how you feel that CGLD School of Counselling would help fulfil your goals.
   • Read carefully the Financial Information Sheet. Then, kindly have the Financial Guarantee Form filled and signed with the official seal by the sponsoring church/agency/organization if any.
   • If your parents are responsible for paying your fees, have them sign the form.
   • Have all these filled-in forms scanned in PDF format ready for upload.
4. Have a recent passport picture in digital format (JPEG)
