Dear Applicant,

We are pleased that you are considering GLOBAL SCHOOL OF OPEN LEARNING for your ministerial preparation. Our vision at GSOL is to see God glorified through the transforming ministry of anointed and equipped servant leaders. To this extent, we are committed to helping you prepare for Christian ministry.
Please take time to carefully prepare the following necessary documents in digital (PDF) format before you start the online application form.
  • Academic Records: You will need digital Copies (in PDF format) of all your past academic achievements:
    • SSLC or Class 10 pass certificate and mark list
    • H.S.C./+2/Pre-Degree/Pre-University certificates or their equivalent with mark sheets.
    • If you are applying for the MA or MDiv programme you will also need your pass certificate for your Bachelor’s
    • Those who have completed any theological degrees, please request your college/seminary to send your official transcript directly to the Director of Admissions at gsol@cgld.org
  • A detailed personal testimony in your own words in English that includes the following aspects:
    • conversion experience,
    • call for ministry,  and your previous ministry experience,
    • the encouragement you have received from family members and friends for ministry,
    • your reason for seeking higher theological education at GSOL, and
    • how you feel GSOL would help to fulfil your call and commitment.
  • One recent passport-size photograph in jpeg format
  • You will need to provide the names and details (Email and Mobile number) of the persons, including your pastor who will provide references
  • If you have someone who has agreed to serve as your course facilitator, you will need to provide the name and address of that person(this is needed for the Distance Learning Programme Only) The person should be an experienced full-time minister with theological training from an accredited theological institution with one level above the programme you are applying to. In case, you are not able to find a person to serve in this capacity, leave the space blank. GSOL will recommend a person to serve you in that capacity.
You will be directed to pay the application processing fee of Rs. 500 through an online transaction. You are to capture the confirmation code and fill the details in the form.

Online Application

  • Now you are ready to begin the ONLINE APPlICATION PROCESS.
  • Click on the link at the bottom of the page to begin the Online Application. 
  • Please upload the correct relevant documents as they are required.
  • Please remember to save the form as often as possible.
  • You will be required to pay the application processing fee of Rs. 500.00 before you submit the form. You may use credit/debit card, net banking or UPI payment to complete the payment and then submit the form.
  • You will receive an email acknowledgement of your application along with a PDF copy of your application.
  • Your Referees will receive an email with a link to fill the reference forms required for your admission. They would receive the link in their email that you have provided. If they have not received, kindly request them to check in their junk/spam folders also.
